Children of all ages gathered under the Big Top on November 9th for Mount Sinai’s 38th Annual Children’s Center Foundation (CCF) Benefit at Lincoln Center, featuring a memorable private performance by the Big Apple Circus. This year marked a milestone with record-breaking attendance and $1.2 million raised to advance pediatric care at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital and the Jack and Lucy Clark Department of Pediatrics.
This success was made possible through the leadership and generosity of CCF Benefit Co-Chairs, Samantha and Igal Zakuto, CCF Advisory Board members, the CCF Benefit Committee, individual and corporate sponsors, and our Mount Sinai families and friends.
Honorees included the Paws & Play Program within the Child Life and Creative Arts Therapy Department—a pillar of Mount Sinai’s compassionate care model. Through music, art, and the healing presence of our certified animal-assisted therapy facility dogs, these programs bring comfort, creativity, and joy to children and families. The event also celebrated the Pediatric Inpatient Care Team, whose dedication ensures that every child receives safe, effective, and family-centered medical care.
Proceeds will fund essential hospital renovations, expand therapeutic programs that ease stress and anxiety during hospital stays, and accelerate innovative research that transforms pediatric medicine. Explore the planned renovations and see how your generosity makes a difference.
